JEC has successfully completed numerous projects under the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change’s (MOECC’s) Ontario Regulation 153 – Records of Site Condition, as well as the former Guidelines for Use at Contaminated Sites in Ontario.
JEC has effectively represented clients responding to MOECC Provincial Officer Orders and has developed a good working relationship and credibility with a number of the local MOECC Provincial Officers in the District offices.
Extensive experience at projects completed under the Technical Standards and Safety Authority’s (TSSA’s) Environmental Management Protocol for Fuel Handling Sites in Ontario, supervising the removal of over 500 underground storage tanks. JEC has developed a good working relationship and credibility with a number of the local TSSA Inspectors and Environmental Managers.
JEC's project managers are registered as Qualified Persons with the MOECC’s Brownfields Environmental Site Registry in accordance with Ontario Regulation 153 as well as with TSSA in accordance with the Environmental Management Protocol for Fuel Handling Sites in Ontario.
JEC understands that good environmental decisions start with sound technical data. JEC maintains an extensive in-house inventory of advanced environmental and scientific monitoring equipment to ensure that all environmental data collected by JEC is technically sound and valid.
